FHA Loan Requirements – How to Qualify for an FHA Loan. In this video I go over some of the advantages of getting pre-approved with the Dream Home Funder team at AFN. There are 3 things that you must have in order to get an FHA loan.

1) Credit – Must have at least a 580 FICO score to qualify. If you have less than a 580 please contact us as we have ways to help increase your scores.
2) Income – Must have a job or income that we can document to qualify you for an FHA Home Loan.
3) Down Payment of at least 3.5%. Down payments can come from checking / savings accounts, gifts from family, borrowing them from your 401k, or the sale of an asset to mention a few.
